The rain has stopped but the temperature dropped and is hanging out around 40 degrees. I guess it was bound to happen sometime – December starts tomorrow afterall.
Lunch is Annie’s Bernie Os with some veggies and fruit on the side. Though it’s a boring lunch, it is warm and hearty.
Last night in the cold rain I got myself to heated yoga. It felt great to sweat and work my arms. I hit a lot of the balancing poses too. I don’t know if I was more focused or what but I did much better at them than I have in the past. I’m usually super wobbly.
Unfortunately I had to leave right before we started savasana, but fortunately it was to meet my parents and the hubby for dinner at a local Mexican place. I love mexican beans and rice. I came out of dinner feeling pretty stuffed and full.
Tonight plan is to run for 30 minutes and dinner wise I think we’re gonna be making Pittsburgh sandwiches.

Monday – Run 30 min
Tuesday – Heated Yoga 60 min
Wednesday – Run 30 min
Thursday – EA Active arms n abs (I haven’t done this in forever, I need to get back at it)
Friday – Zumba 60 min, Run 30 min
Saturday – Run longer than 30 min
Sunday – Rest
Interesting note: I’m finding having this running “list” of my workouts and publishing it out there every day is helpful and motivating. At least for the time being.
I love crossing things off of a list.
