Oh here we are on Sunday night again. Why does the weekend go so fast?!
The hubby and I went out for dinner (Mexican!) and then came home for a Redbox moving last night which was great.
This morning I woke up and got in my first run in two weeks – 3 miles on the treadmill, woo! It felt good to sweat again. Nothing gives me a workout quite like running.
In the afternoon I got to treat myself to a massage (thanks to a Christmas present from the husband). I asked her to use hard pressure on my legs and it felt so great. I feel so relax and any stiffness from the races is officially gone.
Time to get back to it.







Glad you are back at it. What are the next plans? I admit to being a bit jealous of you…as I just realized I’ve got a tough 16 weeks ahead of me to my redemption Marathon. Eeek.
I’m (slowly) filling my race schedule, bit stir trying to figure out my running “purpose” for the year. Not sure I’m content just finishing anymore. Not sure yet though. I’m just ready to be back running again. And you will do great!! Think of it as 16 weeks to prepare.
