Half Training: Week 5

Week 5! Half way through training for my next half!

Monday
30 minute run (scheduled). EA active abs arms and squats workout (unscheduled) – the joys of having an extra day off from work!

Tuesday
The rain of the week started. So, 30 minutes of treadmill intervals it was (scheduled).

Wednesday
Heated Yoga for a little over an hour. This was an intense class. Lots of sweating and achy muscles. Awesome 🙂

Thursday
The rain continued so I had to keep things inside. 45 minutes of treadmill intervals (scheduled).

Friday
Unscheduled rest day. Life got in the way.

Saturday
Scheduled rest day.

Sunday
8 miles at 8am. Felt good, but my legs felt trashed from the beginning, not sure what was up with that. It was a long 8 miles and I spent a lot of the rest of the day laying down with my legs elevated.
