Half Training: Week 7

Week 7. 2 more weekends between now and race day! yikes! This weekend was awesome between a 10 mile long run and squeezing in heated hatha yoga on Sunday morning.

Monday
Rest day. My legs were dead from the USAF 10k race on Saturday.

Tuesday
30 minutes.

Wednesday
Unscheduled rest. I was still feeling pretty tired.

Thursday
30 minutes.

Friday
Scheduled rest day.

Saturday
10 mile run with my dad! Took a little over 2 hours.

Sunday
Heated Hatha Yoga.
