Hello hello! It’s been a little while since I’ve posted since I was in Bermuda last wekeend for the Bermuda Triangle Challenge!! So here’s how last week before the races went, and how this week went. I didn’t get back home until Thursday, and decided to not run after the races while we were still in Bermuda.
Over this past weekend we got hit with a ton of snow (though not as much as a lot of other areas, thankfully), so I couldn’t make it to the gym Saturday. We literally were trapped until the plows came through in the late evening. So instead I opted to do a 30 Day Shred video – they are quick (30 minutes) and always have a great combination of cardio, strength and core work. There are also a lot of compound movements (like lunges with bicep curls) that I love because they are so efficient!

Monday – BodyAttack in the AM, 3 miles easy in the PM
Tuesday – BodyPump in the AM
Wednesday – 2 miles easy, picking up speed towards the end, CXWORX in the PM
Thursday – Rest (Traveling to Bermuda)
Friday – Bermuda Triangle Challenge – Front Street Mile
Saturday – Bermuda Triangle Challenge – Bermuda 10k
Sunday – Bermuda Triangle Challenge – Bermuda Half Marathon
Race #3 – Bermuda 13.1 ✔️! I'm honestly not even sure what my finishing time was because I was all about taking it in!
