Weekly Workout Recap (9/4-9/17)

That week in San Francisco took a lot out of me! I love all the running and doing a race while I was there, but the week after I listened to my body and cut the mileage WAY back while ramping up cross training. Last week I got my mileage up a bit and got in my last long run before all.the.halfs. start happening!

Monday (Labor Day) – GRIT Plyo + 30 minute BodyFlow. Stretching felt SOOOO good.

Tuesday – BodyPump + 3 miles in the AM.

Wednesday – I planned to run but woke up to rain and decided to sleep instead. 🙂 Jet lag is real.  The hubby wanted to grab dinner after work so I axed GRIT and made Wednesday into an total rest day. 🙂

Thursday – BodyPump in the AM (I couldn’t run because I had to be into work early. boo.)

Friday – 7 miles in the AM.

Saturday – GRIT Plyo

Sunday – Rest Day

A whopping 10 miles, 2 rest days, and a ton of weight and HIIT training. Overall it was a nice week to have after running SO much the week prior!

Monday (9/11) – 3 miles in the AM, GRIT Cardio in the PM

Tuesday – BodyPump + 3 miles in the AM.

Wednesday – It rained in the morning so I decided to sleep. 🙂 GRIT Cardio + CXWORX in the PM.

Thursday – BodyPump + 3 miles in the AM.

Friday – 10 miles in the AM! This was a great run to build my confidence, and overall I felt pretty good. A+

Saturday & Sunday – Rest days. Traveling for vacation!!! More details on that soon. 🙂
